WHY WORK HERE

What makes New Path Care different

We're a small provider. That means less bureaucracy, closer teamwork, and more direct impact on the young people you care for.

Small team, big impact

With just one home and a small team, you'll know every young person and every colleague. Your contributions are visible, your voice is heard, and your decisions genuinely matter.

Real investment in your development

We fund qualifications, training, and CPD from day one. Whether you're pursuing a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or working towards management, we'll support your journey.

Honest, consistent management

We don't drop you in the deep end. You'll have regular supervision, a clear escalation path for concerns, and a manager you can actually talk to. No door is closed here.
